We begin with a free consultation to understand your goals, budget, and site. From here, we assess feasibility and offer expert advice.

Design & Planning

One of our designers reviews blueprints with our clients before the build commences with HG Built on the job.

Working with our design team or your architect, we develop plans, organise engineering, and prepare for approvals.

Fixed-Price Quote & Contract

Once the design is finalised, we provide a clear, fixed-price quote and prepare a building contract with full transparency.

Approvals & Permits
